I would like to register to attend an EMCS conference, how can I do this?

You can register either on the website or by fax, e-mail, telephone or post.
On the website please click on ‘book online’ (Facility not active - soon to be offered).
To register by fax, please complete the booking form on the back of the brochure and fax to +356 21 318677.
To e-mail your registration, please send the name of the delegate, job title, company address, e-mail address and telephone number to conferences@emcs.com.mt
To register by telephone please call Joyce Cassar on Tel: +356 2777 2777
To register by post please send the completed registration form to Joyce Cassar, EMCS, Level 3, Regional Business Centre, University Heights, Msida, MALTA.

What is included in the conference fee?

The conference fee includes your place at the conference, conference materials (inc speaker presentations), refreshments at times specified on the conference programme and lunch.

How can I make a hotel booking?

We suggest that you book your accommodation as soon as possible by call us on +356 2777 2777. Please note that accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

I have registered for the conference but I can no longer attend, what can I do?

We suggest that you send a replacement to the conference as we can change a name at no extra cost. If no one from your organisation can attend, a 50 % cancellation fees applies.

How can I send a replacement delegate to the conference?

A name change can be made at no additional cost. Please confirm the persons name, job title, address and e-mail address to conferences@emcs.com.mt

I would like to pay by credit card, how can I do this?

To pay by credit card please either call the events team on Tel: +356 2777 2777 or send your credit card details to joyce.cassar@emcs.com.mt or antoinette.gouder@emcs.com.mt (including the name of the card holder, card number, expiry date and 3 digit security code).

When do I need to pay?

The conference fee is to be paid before the conference takes place.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Please wear business attire.
