Geraldine Schembri - Managing Director

Geraldine is the Managing Director of EMCS International Services Limited. She graduated with honours in accountancy from the University of Malta in 1991. She spent 8 years working with a leading audit firm starting initially in audit practice, however, in 1994, she was instrumental in setting up the firm’s VAT consultancy unit. Her role as tax manager was expanded to direct taxation covering both personal and corporate taxation. In 1999, she joined the EMCS team and founded EMCS International where she focuses on international tax consultancy.

Geraldine is also involved in the various tax committees of the Malta Institute of Accountants, Institute of Financial Services and the Malta Institute of Taxation. She has in the past lectured for the Malta Institute of Accountants and also contributes to the Malta Section of International Tax Systems and Planning Techniques published by Gee Publishing

Klaus Thelen - Chairman, AddONE IT Services Ltd.

Klaus Thelen is the CEO of ACCELERATE Consulting & Management GmbH a German consulting firm based in Münster. With over 20 years of senior management experience in the Telecommunications industry , Klaus consults a number of blue chip companies in Germany including DaimlerChrysler, Deutsche Bahn, and T-Mobil.

His areas of expertise include Management Information Systems and Effective Process Control.

Klaus is the Chairman of AddONE IT Services, a joint venture between The EMCS Group and ACCELERATE Consulting & Management GmbH.

Simon Smith - Director & Company Secretary, Action File Ltd. 

Simon Smith is a Director of Action File Limited (UK) and has worked for the company on and off for over 20 years. In this time with Action File he has designed and developed a wide range of business applications in various technologies ranging from Cobol to .NET.

Today he is focused on the development of the next generation of HRIS applications for Action File which includes a new browser based Payroll and HR solution.

His interests include playing Cricket in the summer for his local team in Chipping Norton.
